Comprehensive vs non-comprehensive — what's the difference?

Non-comprehensive AMC
Covers labour, scheduled visits and breakdown attendance — you pay separately for any spare parts used. Lower annual fee, suitable for newer systems still under manufacturer warranty.

Comprehensive AMC
Covers everything in non-comprehensive PLUS the cost of spare parts (per the contract). Higher annual fee, but predictable budgeting — and zero arguments about whose problem the failed compressor is.
